If you were to go down and read my entry called "Take a Bath? Why?", you would read about how you don't need to clean up your life in order to come to Jesus. BUT, that doesn't mean you can turn to God and live like Hell. When you believe in God and follow the ways of Jesus, you are to be set apart. Set apart from the way everyone else "does their thing". I said that Jesus is the shower that washes our sins away. Once you've had that shower, you have a choice. Are you going to go diving face first into the next big puddle of mud you come across, or are you going to try to stay out of that mud? Jesus died on the cross and rose from the grave so that the shower is always running when we need it, but it's not there just so that we can do whatever we want to do, and then take a shower to cleanse our conscience. All I'm saying is that we need to be set apart, so stay out of the mud, would ya?
